SOMEBODY FORGOT TO tell "Junket" there was an indie pop explosion going on. Because they neglected to throw in their hat. Or at least until now. These are 16 songs collected during 1992 and 1993. Comparative to the cream of the bay area's lo-fi rock set which include (Hugh, Refrigerator, Pavement); Junket turtled down to indie beach late and are now presently basking in it's petulant sun. With a seven inch released in 1993 on the same label (all three songs are on this record) their catalog is a short but sweet one. Like a rare fruit. The CD includes mostly unreleased material, and two tracks from a Shrimper comp.Non-rock indie-rock mid-tempo low profile that builds quietly a melodic tension.

Refrigerator are not from the Bay Area. They are a Southern California (Claremont, Upland) based band.
